The purpose of this petition is to now get Phantom liberated from his cage, as Rodeo was successfully liberated! 

Phantom is FIV+ and has lived in his cage for SIX YEARS. He used to be let out at night and on weekends, but then he began scratching her woodwork, and there was injured dove in a cage, so Phantom was then confined to his cage 24/7. And, he cried to get out, trying to get anyone to listen to him. 

The dove is now gone, as of Rodeo's liberation on November 21, 2017. But, Phantom was in his cage with barely any food and no water, as well a a soaked dish towel to lay on. 

Please, write to Dr. Goldfarb and implore her to let me help these Phantom . Call her. Leave messages. E-mail her. PLEASE!!

Phantom yearns to come out and cries all the time, begging anyone who passes by his cage to release him.
