Thank you to EVERYONE - in particular, huge thanks to Kelly Klink and Valmaine Toki, and everyone who cared enough to sign this petition to stop vast quantities of dredge sludge being dumped in the waters just off-shore from Aotea Great Barrier Island - please read below. Together, we did it! - From: CRL Application Date: Fri, 27 Mar 2020, 3:17 PM Subject: RE: Request to make documents available To: ngatirehuatrustboard@gmail.com Dear Ngati Rehua Trust On 27 March 2020 the Decision-making Committee issued Minute 11 advising that Coastal Resources Limited has formally withdrawn its application for marine dumping consent. As the application has been withdrawn, the Decision-making Committee will not be undertaking any further work to reconsider the application following the High Court’s decision. We had previously written to Ngati Rehua to ask for information to be made available. As the application has been withdrawn a response is no longer required.
