Time to write the letters ...

Thank you for your concern and commitment to getting our message to Kinston Baseball. Work to reach officials continues through friends around the state so know that we are being heard. Now it is time to do two things: 1 - Gather more signatures. We plan to print and send hard-copes of the 1300 signatures to the addresses below early next week. It would be great to hit 1500 online signatures to go with the growing number of paper petition signatures. Please do what YOU can to get your friends and families to sign. 2 - Folks have been asking about letter-writing. NOW is the time for that. Here are the plans for that effort: This rainy windy weekend is a perfect time to write an old fashioned letter expressing our concerns and helping them LEARN that Down East is not Kinston. Even if all you have time for is sending a picture with the message Down East IS ... not Kinston, that works. Be sure to sign it! THX.
