With the upcoming release of TS2015 I feel it's important for the community to voice their opinion with your current practices concerning DLC. The issues we have been around since very early releases of DLC and haven't change over 3 years despite the growth of DTG.

These issues are with releases such as the SD70 pack, the dynamic brakes did not function, the sounds were incorrect compared to the actual locomotive, and the couplers stretched like an elastic band resulting in the train derailing. With recent releases such as the C40-8 and the LHF GP38 and LHF SD40-2 these issues haven't been resolved. On the C40-8 the ditchlights didn't function which was included in the featured items list on steam, the braking physics are still inaccurate even though the use the new braking system, the gauges don't display the proper speed, bell sound is incorrect. On almost every DTG produced DLC these issues are there, some more noticeable than others, this also includes the DLC from other countries not just the North American content.

For many rail enthusiasts and people who actually work on a railroad who play Train Simulator 2014/2015 these issues are very serious, sounds are a very important part of the Train sim experience but improper sounds break the immersion experience many players have while playing. Inaccurate braking physics and driving physics leads to many derailments, and for some people who spends more than an hour driving a scenario only to have their train derail near the end due to wrong physics is a huge annoyance and makes them not want to play the game again.

Many of these issues are easily solvable and many members of the TS community have fixed issues created by DTG, issues they shouldn't have to fix. In this petition I'm calling on DTG to change how they make their DLC, spend more time researching the locomotives, getting actual proper sounds for the locomotives, include the features you list on the Steam store page, and create better physics for each individual locomotive and rolling stock instead of recycling from another model which you have been found to do. I'm also calling on the community to voice your opinion about the DLC issues that are ignored by DTG's lack of care towards it and sign this petition and help make TS2015 the best Train simulator on the market.
