Hello Fellow Nurses,

We asked for your opinion on how to address the disrespectful situation we are currently in with  unfair wages and harsh work conditions in Ontario hospitals. Many of you suggested STRIKE or WORK TO RULE.

Vicky McKenna we are tired of the unfair wages for nurses. Will you stand by and allow the hospitals to pay doctors over $400/hr to act as nurse extenders while nurses get nothing? Will you remain silent and allow OHA to walk all over you during ONA bargaining? RN are ready to fight back through WORK TO RULE or STRIKES. Please stand with us and help have a voice.

If we do not hear from ONA by May 1st nurses will start to peacefully protest for our rights. Nurses we will stop picking up overtime, nurses will not go in to work even when mentally and physically burnt out.
