Attached is a document detailing the high hourly increases that doctors got during the COVID 19 pandemic. In addition to this, many hospitals installed cameras in the patients' rooms so doctors can treat and assess patients without direct contact with COVID-19 patients. Yet, nurses who did not have the luxury of virtual care only received a $4/hr increase that they STILL HAVENOT RECEIVED. 

We are STILL awaiting news about the new rates that will be awarded to ONA nurses. 

It is clear nurses are not respected. We need more than sweet words of appreciation, put your money where your mouth is DOUG FORD and PAY NURSES MORE.
