IN ADDITION:

I found out at my contested guardianship hearing that my court appointed attorney has not submitted ONE DOCUMENT that I had specifically asked him to submit to the courts in the entire 1.5 year lifespan of my case. I spent countless hours on typing up motions, and declerations and letters. Put ALL my evidence PROVING THE INCOMPETANCE OF DCS, exposing all their lies and statements made under oath. AND NOTHING WAS EVER SEEN BY THE COURTS! I have been DILIGENT!
