Dear Sir,
Petition organised by T E Lawrence Society relating to the proposed aggregate site at Moreton, AS25 Station Road, and titled: “Let Lawrence of Arabia rest in peace’.
During the consultation of the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole Draft Mineral Sites Plan in 2015 you, on behalf of the T E Lawrence Society submitted the petition named above to Dorset County Council as Mineral Planning Authority.
I am writing to let you know that the petition will be reported to the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole Minerals and Waste Policy Joint Advisory Committee to be held at Dorset County Council on Friday 13th May, beginning at 10:00.
The main purposes of this Committee are to receive a report of the 2015 consultation, and to give approval for a further consultation on the Draft Waste Plan and Mineral Sites Plan Updates. No decisions on any sites will be taken at this Committee.
As petitioners you will have up to 10 minutes (in total) to present your petition. If you wish to do so, please contact me by Thursday 5th of May so arrangements can be made.
