The former Courthouse in Letterkenny is lying idle when it could be put to good use serving the community.  Cara House Family Resource Centre are one of the local Community Groups fulfilling a need in the area.

At present they provide services in seven different locations where as if they were centralised at the Old Courthouse, all their services could be provided in one central location. with ample parking and other facilities in close proximity.
