Arvada City Council just voted to back the Director of Community Development to demolish the two historic houses on Grandview & allow a non-compliant 3-story building.

We feel this was predetermined and Olde Town Arvada was not given a fair shake!  New information tells us it was! Things will unfold very soon.  

We will not loose faith in our quest for fairness. It may be a slow climb up but hang in there.  This is worth the climb!
