Thanks to all who showed up last night at Arvada City Hall for the Appeal Hearing in front of the Arvada Planning Commission. Although a few members of the commission were a bit distracted and watching the clock most of the evening, we were able to at least attempt to get some accurate information across to the City and Commission. Our Appeal was denied and the City's decision to sign the waivers and uphold the Directors signing of the Certificate of Compliance to demolish the 3 historically contributing structures was unanimous. We will appeal and I will not relent on seeking fair process and respect for our Nationally recognized Arvada Downtown Historic District! We appreciate each and everyone of you and encourage you to continue to support and vow to ramp up our efforts to SAVE THE FACE OF OLDE TOWN ARVDA!!!
