GRACE ALLELUIA in Foster Care to continue chemotherapy instead of returned to family!

The next hearing for Grace Alleluia's parents at Ventura County Juvenile Courts isn't until Tuesday, but 2 year old Grace has already been Ordered to be placed into a non-medical Foster Home to continue outpatient chemotherapy while her massive exploratory surgery wounds heal! There will be no medically trained aide to manage her pain or monitor her wound healing for infection, and Grace is being kept away from the only family she has ever known. This false "Medical Neglect" case was opened against the family in retaliation for requesting a biopsy to confirm a cancer diagnosis and a 2nd opinion at another hospital before removing Grace's kidney. The treatment plan was arranged between UMC Children's Hospital & UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital colleagues, and Social Workers Petitioned the State for Dependency before the parents met with the UCLA Care Team to discuss treatment options for the possible diagnosis. The Beabout/Vega Family's Civil Rights have continued to be violated with no Due Process, Misrepresentation, forced chemotherapy, reduced visitation, Social Workers Operating Outside the Scope of Their Profession, Intimidation & Coercion, an unconstitutional "Gag Order" to remove all evidence & references to the case off of social media, and now Foster Care placement. Placing Grace Beabout into a Foster Home also violates the recently passed Bipartisan Budget Act and the incorporated Family First Preservation Services Act, written by Representative Vern Buchanan. The CPS Investigators retaliated against Leah for the articles written to support her case and photos/videos of Grace online, reducing her visitation even more while Grace is in a very vulnerable state, traumatized and literally scarred for life from this Medical Kidnap travesty. The family has struggled to afford an attorney to file the proper Motions to Appeal and Vacate Judgement to get Custody of Grace Alleluia back.
