As per my father his father my mother her mother...... A child must feel the earth, bearfoot walking feeling the earth with no restriction clean rich soil, pebbles n sm stones to stimulate the furthest away , the brain . feeling the cold , walking in the water clean spring waters , to feel the essence of all that is complete, stimulating the neurons neuropathways envigorating dopamine receptors, drinking bacteria-free , good healthy spring waters on a semi-often schedule, taking in minerals from earth n water at safe levels to ground the body n spirit to earth from within, all that is for life.must be given praise n honor, deer from hunt, fish from stream , wood from forest, sage n vegetables from earth(as we would depart to hunt or fish or gather wood early am, my mother would bless us all n my father continued w prayer in silence till over or got game , then more honor n prayer for deer or fish to honor its spirit).All must be honored to create balance of life ...these are a few methods I can share that were passed on to me, there are more that I cannot.we .must revitalized from within cultures in different areas n cultures, herbs honey n remedies from the earth within 50 mile raidus , from wherever one.may be to ground.n build immunities to that environment , , clean soil we were told to play w mud n straw to build n create , but this was done not only to entertain but ground the other extremities. we must recreate balance in all levels from high government to municuple county . schools please utilize your elders for education not written.
