Wyoming and Idaho are raffling off the lives of more than 20 Yellowstone grizzlies to trophy hunters. All so a bear can be hung on a living-room wall. We can't let that happen. Thank you for signing our petition to stop the cruel grizzly hunt. Our lawyers are battling in the courts to restore endangered species protections. Now we're taking the fight straight to Yellowstone. Can you step in now and start a fundraiser for a summer of protests? For these bears, this hunt could mean hours or even days of terror and suffering. Trophy victims are often wounded and then flee with broken bones or slowly bleed out before being tracked for a kill shot. The hunt is scheduled to start in less than eight weeks. The Center's launching a summer of protests in and around Yellowstone National Park. We have to move fast to get boots on the ground -- will you help us raise the funds to launch a wave of demonstrations and actions? Join the campaign at www.biologicaldiversity.org/stopthegrizhunt. We need to raise $10,000 by next week to put up billboards shaming Wyoming and Idaho for their sick trophy hunt. The billboards will go up on the roads leading into Yellowstone and elsewhere in the region. All it will take is 40 people raising $250 from their friends. We're already a third of the way towards our goal.It only takes minutes to get started. Start a campaign at http://www.biologicaldiversity.org/stopthegrizhunt/. We can do this. Thank you!
