Donald Trump may be skeptical about "global warming," but once he is informed by the military-industrial complex that this is just a front for geoengineering warfare he'll change his tune. This is an exotic weapons program, not a foolhardy effort to control greenhouse gases. We need to have thousands more signatures so that we have the collective power to influence NATO, the CIA, and the military of the United States.
