Patrick Michael Megaro has submitted a video-recorded plea to President Donald Trump in support of his clemency petition on behalf of Corvain Cooper.  In this video, Patrick Megaro asks President Trump to commute Corvain Cooper’s sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the non-violent offense of conspiracy to distribute marijuana.
