The traditional penalty for plotting or executing an Act of War has always been death. We believe this is both good and necessary.

Jihad is war by Muslims against non-Muslims. The call to Jihad is central to Islam. The goals of Jihad are subjugation of non-Muslims as codified by Muslims' Sharia Law, forced conversion to Islam, and mass slaughter of those that refuse to submit.

Due to the political and cultural submission of Western elites to Islamic forces, plotting and/or executing Jihad against the United States has been treated not as Acts of War, but as simple crimes. There are also contortions performed by the media and law enforcement as to which Jihadist group (e.g., ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, etc.) the act of Jihad should be associated with, or whether it should be considered a "lone wolf" attack. This labeling is intentionally misleading and irrelevant with regard to how the act should be treated, since if the act was planned and/or performed in the name of Islam against non-Muslims, it is Jihad, and therefore an Act of War.

We urge you to make the unequivocal pledge that if elected President of the United States you will immediately enforce the following principles:

-Any planned, attempted, or executed act of violence, regardless of the degree of said violence, by an individual or group that declares Islamic doctrine, grievances of the ummah (the world Muslim population), Islamic goals (e.g., Sharia Law), Islamic theology, or any other Islamic content as a partial or complete motivation for said violence will be considered an act of Jihad. In particular, the shouting of the Arabic phrase "Allahu Akbar" during an attempted or executed act of violence will be sufficient, but not necessary, to consider that act one of Jihad.

-Every act of Jihad will be rightly considered as an Act of War against us. Thereby, all people, regardless of citizenship, who have been found by U.S. military or law enforcement bodies to be plotting or executing an act of Jihad within the borders of the United States will be subjected not to a criminal court but to a military tribunal, in which Constitutional protections will not hold.

-The death penalty will be mandatory for such tribunals, and must be performed within 24 hours after conviction.
