FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS: Matt’s Mother has received letters that Matt sent her before he was moved. Matt sent her a copy of "Prisoner Legal News" and apparently the BOP announced that as of May 16,2020, 2,285 federal prisoners and 283 employees have tested positive for the COVID-19. It included a list of federal prisons that have the problem and neither Florence or Marion prisons were on the list. It also gave information that many federal prisoners are being moved to make room for other prisoners coming into the system. So, the question is, "Why was Matt moved?" It could be either of the two reasons. See attachment!

“I can only hope that the BOP can understand that I have zero interest in being transferred to another prison and that I must resist any such transfer for the sake of my own well-being. I am unwilling and unable to have a repeat of what happened to me four years ago. Should my sanctuary be attacked nonetheless-and I be removed from these premises by force-I will of course be suing any and every person involved for money damages to the maximum amount provided by law. And if I am transferrred against my own will, you can rest assured that I will do whatever I have to in order to be returned here as soon as I get there. Simply put any transfer would be a total waste of time, effort, and money on the part of the BOP because I’ll be coming back here anyway. I therefore reiterate my plea that you leave me alone. Save your transferring for somebody who actually wants it. I most certainly do not.
