Hoarding is a huge problem, it is where to many animals go to one house and their are more than 50 of them. Sometimes if the owner has to many animals she/he does not have enough money to buy them food or toys and they could starve or even die. This can happen to all animals dogs cats hamsters etc.. This is why it need to stop it, because over thousands of animals die because they are in a small space, get no attention, get no food or water, and live in a  dirty home, which is not right at all, they wanted a happy home but they got all of the opposite.
