Elephants have been listed under the Endangered Species Act since 1979.  In the past year, the Trump campaign lifted the ban on bringing elephant parts as trophies into the United States.  While the border isn't necessarily open for import, each case will be considered individually for approval or denial.  That's crazy!  Elephants are gentle, intelligent, compassionate creatures.  They care for each other; but some rich guy with a rifle wants some Ivory.  No amount of money can bring back elephants when they go extinct.  Sign this petition to raise awareness and to bring back the ban on importing elephant trophies into the United States.
