Problem
Stopping kill shelters can give animals a second chance all over the world. Killing animals who have done nothing wrong to deserve it is wrong. Kill shelters kill off animals because they have time limits on how long the animals can stay there, like many kill shelters will have a 24 hour policy which intails the killing of that animal after 24 hours!!! Besides myself many people think that these animals can be saved!!!

Solution
This problem can be solved by having the animals brought to non kill shelters and having the other animal shelters destroyed!!!
