These photos, filed as part of an emergency motion on behalf of prisoners in the state of California, tell a different story. These are the conditions in a California MEDICAL correctional facility that houses elderly and at risk incarcerated men. The motion compels the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to immediately reduce the population of incarcerated people because of the unacceptable risk of harm from COVID-19.
