Systemic Decimation 

With the renewed blatant disregard of Congolese lives in Eastern Congo, Rwandan backed M23 and allies have forged forward with senselessly killing Congolese nationals. With no remorse and the violations of human rights without impunity, Paul Kagame and all those under his control have continued to infringe on the sovereignty of the DRC and the right to life of its people.

We may not all be able to bear arms but we can show our support in many ways. It is up to us to stand up against Paul Kagame and his tyranny and signing this petition is just the first step.
