It has been a week since I started this petition and I am truly amazed by the response. Having looked at many of the comments people are leaving it's touching not only to see the public support but also the comments from people who are affected by the changes in B&Q and in other businesses. The mood in my store today is mixed. The vast majority of staff have signed their new contract, many of them with heavy hearts. Moral is certainly lower than normal today. Having said that people's dedication to customers has not changed. I ask that you continue to support this petition with the hope that it will influence the business I work for and other businesses attempting similar pay and reward restructures.
