Dear Sir:

We, members-consumers-owners of SOCOTECO II Electric Cooperative petition you to withhold or withdraw your supportt for the  Joint Venture Agreement between Ignite Power and SOCOTECO II and instead perform your obligation under Section 4 of PD 269, as amended by RA 10531, to  provide financial, technical and institutional assistance to SOCOTECO II.  In other words, Sir, you pursue a policy not one that "killeth" but one that "giveth life".
