Won't tell who broke into my car, or who's stealing hundreds of dollars from travelers and wallets, etc. but they know who's using the PUBLIC electric outlets of those who get robbed, stranded, traveling, or are homeless in the area.
***This is where your tax dollars are going Lynchburg, Virgina, to oppress the already oppressed, desperate and vulnerable.
