You invite more abuse in Lynchburg, Virginia when you report abuse, harassment and corruption.  BEWARE!!!!!

Officer#1 tried to block my vehicle in twice, When officer#2 said "just focus on me", officer#1 walked to the passenger's side, reached inside and tried to unlock my car door.  Officer#3 was lingering behind officer#2 and had a blue rubber glove on.
