Zero Tolerance Policy Ignored

When an athlete is recruited to be on a Temple University sports team they sign a statement that includes a zero-tolerance policy against racism and discrimination. 

When my daughter brought this text to the attention of her coach it was basically ignored and was told it would be bad for team morale.
