Temple University Is Using The FERPA Law to Protect Themselves

Temple University is hiding behind the FERPA law to protect themselves from revealing the punishment doled out to a rower on the Temple Woman's Rowing Team who was found guilty of sending a text which included "I hate Jews". 

We want copies of Temple's investigation and punishment given for this grievous incident.
