From Liz.... I cannot tell you all how much we appreciate your ongoing support. As Sally's cousin, and this petition's point person, I have been appalled at watching Sally's journey. Her posts are being removed, her social media accounts blocked (and then unblocked) and the paperwork requested from the insurance companies is coming back incomplete. We must keep fighting and demanding that HCSC and BCBS-IL handle this properly. Even a diagnosis code not being properly recorded can mean lost services and weeks of work.
