H.R. 6147 (Interior, Environment, Financial Services and General Government, Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2019) contains two sections that are anti-wolf:

1. Section 116 would delist the Great Lakes Gray Wolf and prevent judicial review of both this action and the delisting of the Rocky Mountain Gray Wolf in Wyoming.
2. Section 117 would require the USFWS to delist the Gray Wolf nationwide.
