UNITED ANSWER on MHF: Torrance City Council and New Refinery Owners

Excited they may have heard the concerns of THOUSANDS of residents? Guess again... They appear UNITED; however, it's on a PUBLIC RELATIONS campaign to make you feel better about the use of deadly MHF/HF near the schools, homes, and businesses of your loved ones. Unfortunately, the city of Torrance has given the appearance (again) that it is beholden to the refineries financial support rather than to the public it is supposed to serve and protect. What now? The Torrance Refining Company (TRC) placed a full-page propaganda ad about MHF in the Daily Breeze. That same week, the City of Torrance distributed this same propaganda to the public in their weekly taxpayer supported eNewsletter, WITHOUT NOTING IT WAS A TRC ADVERTISEMENT. Have questions?
