H.R. 6147 was passed by the House of Representatives last week, and unfortunately it still contains Section 117. As a reminder, it would require the USFWS to delist the Gray Wolf nationwide and contains that confusing Subsection 2:

"Shall not affect the inclusion of the subspecies classified as the Mexican Gray Wolf (Canis lupus baileyi) of the species Gray Wolf (Canis lupus) in such list."
