Our petition has reached 1,000 signatures, and has drawn support from other groups in our effort to stop cat dissection in the classroom. Thank you for your signatures! Most of the cats used in these classroom dissections come from shelters. Not only were these cats disrespected in life, but they are also disrespected in death by the senseless degradation forced on them and the students affected by the trauma of skinning and cutting them up.
