This really comes some four years too late as the proverbial leaseholders above the shops of a music nature have all been served their final notice to quit by the Landlord who is the Freeholder and Developer. We did tell them about this for the past three years at The GLA by the way. Apparently they still think all is well in Tin Pan Alley Land.. Odd that given three streets have been demolished and 9-10 and 18-26 Denmark St are empty now above the shops. Meanwhile, nice stencils and awnings are the conversation pieces in those circles.
