We met with Camden Council's Planning and Regeneration team this week and we - the campaign team - have now collectively secured music based businesses now on the 2nd Floor of Denmark St to be situated above the retail music shop units in the basement, ground, and 1st floors. This is indeed progress. Music based business will also have 'special inflation only linked Tin Pan Alley Rents' within Section 5's Section 1 of The 106 Agreements. This too is signed off upon by Camden Council & Consolidated Developments. MUSIC FOLK ....
