I hope this message finds you well, This Wednesday 16th March 7PM – there will be an open busker's meeting in the PWC Room at the Hippodrome Theatre (use Thorp St entrance) in Birmingham. The purpose of the meeting is for buskers and all those who take an interest in street culture to discuss the proposed new guidance for busking in Birmingham which is currently being drafted with input from Keep Streets Live, the Musician's Union and Birmingham City Council following the council's decision to abandon the PSPO last summer.
