Santa Clara City Attorney Brian Doyle wrote a report that says the City Council may informally admonish Caserta tomorrow night because that action “does not require formal notice or a hearing.” Dominic Caserta is still defending his position and claims he is not in the wrong doing. Will he actually attend tomorrow night's City Council Meeting ?
