August 19, 2015, my family and I were invited at the office of senator Miriam Defensor Santiago, her chief of staff Atty Fatima and her media officer Mr. Kim Patria met us, we were presented and given a copy of the resolution for a senate investigation in aid of legislation against the fake doctor Antonia Carandang Park for illegal practice of medicine, and the revised bill to strengthen the penalties and punishment in the illegal practice of medicine of which this new bill will be aptly called Kate’s Law. In view of this I would to express my sincere gratitude to each and everyone who have signed my petition, thank you everyone, in behalf of my family. My petition couldn’t have reached this historic milestone if not for each and every one of you, you all are indeed God’s army of angels, Heaven sent to us. I would also like to thank change.org for I was given a platform to reach out and express my predicament; this organization truly serves as a true champion against injustices and oppressions done by a few powerful, influential and abusive people. It truly deserves its name, for truly it demands change. Although my case is on going and still facing a long tedious battle ahead, I am now in a better and more comfortable position, thanks to my new lawyer Atty Lorna Patajo Kapunan, a true champion for the oppress and hates injustice, exactly the kind of lawyer I need and was looking for as what I’ve stated in my previous update, since after being mishandled and misled by my three previous lawyers that led my case to where it is before I started my petition, to the advantage and benefit of the fake doctor. Thank you Atty Lorna for helping me, for believing in me, my cause and my advocacy that would truly help and benefit others. For fighting with me side by side in seeking justice for my daughter Kate. My family and I are forever grateful for this. Again, to my Almighty God, thank you for this! You have showed me indeed I am not alone. I pray for abundant blessings for the army of angels you’ve sent me. I pray for the continuous recovery, strength and cure of Senator Miriam so that she can continue to help others, I pray for my lawyer Atty Lorna for good health, give her strength, wisdom and courage to face all obstacles, and for her to continue helping others. They are the kind of women with a compassionate heart and have the courage and are willing to fight for what is right and just no matter what. And please continue to guide me and my family, protect us all from all kinds and forms of evil. And forgive us Father for all our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And Father, please make sure that my daughter Kate is alright, please be with her, please allow her to be with us from time to time, I really miss her and I’m really looking forward to see her again, life is not the same without her. Tell her Father that I will continue to fight for her, and I will not give up no matter what. I will fight for truth, I will fight for justice and I will fight for what is right, ALWAYS! Because for Kate, EVERYDAY I FIGHT! This I pray in Jesus most precious Name, all glory and honor is Yours, forever and ever. Amen, Amen, Hallelujah Amen!
