And it's an EMERGENCY because that's when Richmond's Dept. of VA will renew funds (payout #02002) for Uncle Sam's WORST puppy experiment.

The most effective way to end lab torture is to block the grant before it's renewed... and we've got a golden opportunity to do it.

But we still need 1,399 signatures on our petition… and it's T-6 hours.
