Victory for dogs in Los Angeles lab! And a new petition--

Hi everyone, WE HAVE BIG NEWS-- Thanks to your advocacy and pressure from White Coat Waste Project and members of Congress, a Department of Veterans Affairs laboratory in Los Angeles has announced it is ending deadly experiments on dogs that had secretly been conducted for more than two decades: http://blog.whitecoatwaste.org/2017/06/09/victory-los-angeles-v-a-cancels-tax-funded-dog-experiments/ The LA V.A. was one of only 4 V.A. facilities still conducting painful taxpayer-funded dogs experiments and we're working with Congress, veterans and others to get the other three to follow their lead. A coalition of U.S. military veterans has just started a new petition urging VA Secretary David Shulkin to end all dog experiments.
