Dogs and Cats have a right to homes in all apartments in the USA

Dogs and Cats need more homes. If 1 % percent were opened shelters could be emptied.
A Dog and Cat do well in apartments.
If people don't take care of their kids they are taken away. The same should be for pets. I hope people promote share on Facebook and Tweet . More signs are needed
