Thousands of Dogs and Cats are killed daily because there are not enough homes. If just 1% were opened it will have such a major impact on saving lives Stop the slaughter of the innocents. Open up homes. Agreements can be made. Dogs and Cats provide love to those that have lonely lives they are family. No ban should be allowed anywhere . It enriches lives and they need to be saved.
