Almost 10K in signatures, . We reached over 7500 , 10k is the next milestone. This will save so many in shelters. and enrich lives. People in apartments , Condo's or Co -ops should have a choice. I understand the concerns of property owners, but if someone doesn't take care of their kids they are taken away. Responsible people should have choice. Lets hope this goes nationwide and global.
