We are over 7K signatures. I am happy with this outcome. It's growing. We need more to make an impact that will save so many lives of pets in shelters. We all know people that had to move that couldn't take their pets. This will save them . Numbers need to increase. We need to save lives. Remember responsible people should have a choice.
