Gov Cuomo Dogs and Cats deserve homes. Stop the ban of pets in housing

5625 signatures . We need signatures and shares. 100K is the goal get this noticed. Remember animals in shelters need homes. There can't be a ban on pets. Responsible people should have a choice. Please help
