Shocking Video - China man hangs dog from roof then eats it

Another piece of shocking news has came out from China. A man was caught on video hanging a white dog from the roof of a building. The vid went viral on Chinese social media. The dog was presumably his own. He decided to kill and eat it, soaking the dead dog in hot water to defur it, in the same manner one would kill a chicken for food.
