3,000 dogs die of heat stroke in cargo this summer

Dear supporters, That is the headline we are likely to see by the end of July if nothing changes in China's laws in regards to pet transport. When we hear news of lovely goldies such as 'Er Mao' being beaten and 'Dou Dou' slowly cooked to death in cargo, we are outraged and disgusted. We hurl abuse and cry foul, damning and cursing the perpetrators over the internet. But none of that will change anything. The incident will pass and people will forget, just like the Auckland incident earlier this year . As at now our petition only has 8,600 signatures. We need far more than that to convince the Chinese authorities our petition letter is even worth opening. Please share the news and spread the word. Otherwise, nothing will change, and we will just be 'angry internet keystrokes' that will be quickly forgotten...
