on a rainy day like this, dedicated INDOOR Pickleball is certainly on my mind ! A friend of mine send us the Community Centre schedules for this weekend and added up the number of players on waitlists. There was over 300 on both weekend days (almost 400 on Sunday). It is the same story in Burnaby, and I would bet it is the same in every area of the lower mainland. To be clear this is not the fault of the municipalities, it's because Pickleball is so amazing that it has grown become the fastest growing sport in the world.  The Metro Vancouver area is merely a reflection of global reality. BUT we can change this, starting with this petition. This rainy weather only motivates us at IPOP to keep up with our efforts, but we need your help again, if there is anyone, I mean anyone who could/should or can sign our petition, PLEASE SHARE THIS UPDATE WITH THEM and get them to SHARE this with anyone they know too... they may know more pickleballers besides you!
