City Council is won't discuss the proposed sale of VB National publicly, but every big donor developer in the city and beyond is chomping at the bit to build apartments and homes where the golf course once was.  And some want to build industrial development where the homes can't be built.

Problem is if Council says yes to one developer, they say no to at least half a dozen others.
